Voyager

wandered through many places
to destinations that never
remained the same
a thousand journeys
that led to nowhere
were worth going on
to find
the few that did.
i endured the happiness
of solitary sunsets
and enjoyed the melancholy
of wide open skies,
and never got to
wherever it was
that i was going
i got lost along the way
lost and not found
never to be tied down
and never to be bound
for the world is my oyster
the road,my home
life is an ocean
and i am a voyager.
